      Pros

      -Met great people working there both internally and through projects. -Competitive pay and reimbursement -Insurance/medical leave

      Cons

      -Toxic leadership - they will disrespect you both to your face and behind closed doors to colleagues -Revolving door of colleagues -Blatant Favoritism - what is good for the goose is not for the gander. Leaders turn blind eyes to those in favor. -No development or training. Sink or swim -No involvement from those who could help internally until it is too late and time for damage control. No sense of urgency. -No culture - was continuously promised team building and holiday parties of which none were ever delivered. -Use and abuse - no loyalty to employees -Will make you come to office 5 days a week despite company work from home policy in place. Unless your nose is coated brown, then you may be able to get a day or two.

      ESOP, safety culture, the people, amazing military service benefits, giving the opportunity to grow, great client base.

      Alot of different departments to coordinate with.

      Pros

      A/Z fosters a great culture in which safety and teamwork is #1. They provide great benefits as well as a safe place to work where you are supported by other team members who take pride in what they do. I was a carpenter for many years and owned my own business, when I made the switch to A/Z it was amazing how everyone is motivated to get the work and perform flawlessly. This is a true testament to a culture where everyone owns the company setting a new standard to the term "Employee Owned".

      Cons

      Cons are a tough one, I would have to say the only Con that comes to mind was the time and degree in which the pre-employment process takes. Due to the work A/Z performs, they require quite a bit of background and testing in order to be considered for a position at A/Z. Hindsight proved that this process works well in finding the right Team member to join the Company and be successful.
