Not flexible in terms of hybrid setting, medical benefit is very little and not extended to family. Bonus arrangement is very weird - must complete one financial year (august N-july N+1) but will be given in december N+1.
HR is not really helpful and don’t have firm answer for what he/she is saying. No any feedback regarding many facilities. Micromanage by some person who just on board and working environment not so good right now. If you prefer work under discipline teacher, you are good to go for this company.
