Collaboration and teamwork were greatly valued to reach goals and leadership had a genuine interest in personally investing in the growth of employees through resource access for further education and professional certifications. My time at A/R Concepts allowed me to develop skills that have been helpful to me both personally and professionally. I entered into a workplace that emphasized positivity in its culture and gave me a drive to commit to my role through the generous treatment of its employees. Though my time at A/R Concepts has ended, what I learned there as a professional has put me where I am today. I can say confidently that I would not be in the fortunate position I am today had I not worked under this company and the guidance of Anne Damalas.
