Great culture of friendship. Flexibility of working hours and methods. People really feel good in there. Lots of creative ideas everyday and they let us be creative and find our solutions. Also very good and healthy meals!

Its an horizontal company. Meaning there's really almost no bosses. We are all colleagues helping each other and we all can contribute with our opinions and solutions. So, there really isnt a carreer inside the company. Since tye hierarchy os almost inexistent, you cant progress in a job position. But people progress in compensation and benefits.

I love to work at 99jobs.com because it's the idea to promove the connections between people and companies. The values and the teams' energy is the best part for me.

I think the beginning of all companies is very complicated and provides stress in some situation, but I think that is ok.
