Pros
Big company, cool people, complex projects to work on. Technology stack might be old on existing projects but an active effort is made to migrate them. Good place to work with big volumes of data, high traffic and products that must be online 24/7.
Cons
Based on which project you are on, there might be considerable amount of maintenance and working with old technology stacks. The salary growth was small and seemed to be standard and not based on performance. For promotion opportunities the company seems to value seniority in the firm over the quality of the employee.
