Pros

Nothing. Not one damn thing.

Cons

you will be lied to from the moment you scheduled your interview. I asked it it was a job were i would have to travel. i was told no. lie! you will drive all day long you will have to pay for that gas. you will spend the whole day walking store to store. most every were you will be at will hate the fact the sales people keep coming out. i have been screamed and cursed at. and i have made no money. but don't worrie about knowing what to say, the will tech you how to lie and doge questions you will be asked. they will also teach you to turn away from people who are trying to ask you questions. you will only get payed if you mange to get a sale, the average sale is 120.00. but good luck here. i was a server for almost 10 years. i won every desert selling compaction the restaurant ever had. but you can not sell something to some one who dose not want it. also they will not tell you until you accept the job and blow off your other interviews that you will need to go out of town for 3 days and 2 nights on your dime at least one a month. like i said this place is a joke. done get sucked in. there is a reason every review in bad except the one that was written my the company. i would rather shovel horse crap, seems how i am already used to dealing with the bull crap from this company. p.s. i worked there for 1 1/2 months and made only 3 sales. i NEVER got payed.

Pros

The company is outsourced by Verizon who has received awards for Highest Customer Satisfaction in the area. Also, several annual awards such as Manager of the year, and numerous quarterly sales champion accolades have been earned. Management all started at entry level and worked their way into their current roles based on performance. Work Life Balance is great since half the staff have children and families. 8-5pm M-F. All Entry Level employees are offered a salary and paid weekly. The company has expanded into 6 cities since originating in 2009. We now have offices in Richmond, Albany, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Providence. The individuals managing these offices started in the Richmond office and worked their way up to their current roles. We are expanding into Tampa Bay and Cleveland in 2016.

Cons

Should be seen as a positive but some do not like a competitive work culture. There is no limit on mgmt promotions earned, however there is no guarantee as well. Each Entry Level employee must hit criteria. Employees can not "fade in the back" in this company as performance is evaluated daily and weekly. 1 or 2 posts on this site are from former employees who were passed up statistically for promotions by up and coming rookies into the company. Seniority does not provide a guarantee in this business, performance does. Reading one of the negative reviews confused me from one of the former employees because all employees experience a job shadow for their 2nd interview. This interview shows candidates exactly what day to day is within the company. Those type of reviews show that someone is emotionally upset that they were passed up for promotion or failed to reach individual goals. It's always easier to point the finger rather than perform a self - evaluation.

Pros

None that I can think of, honestly. If I could put zero starts, I would.

Cons

Management lies A LOT to interviewees and new hires. For example that we don't do d2d sales; we have a lead system we use. We did get SOME leads, but yes, this is a door to door sales job. you spend 99.9% of your time going to random businesses getting yelled at, cursed at, ect. by strangers. They have all these manipulative strategies to keep new hires around long enough that they will stay; then, when you're promoted to a leader, you're taught all this crap and realize its all BS. The boss is a cheesy liar. He will literally look you in the face and lie. He has his favorites and he will call them with guaranteed sales. He will give one person's commission to another (main reason I left!). It was completely unethical. And there is no chance of having a work/life balance here. The boss constantly talked about how we couldn't come back to the office until we made a sale. I mean, if its 10PM and you haven't made a sale, get over, go home.
