- Really friendly atmosphere and a social team. We have weekly drinks on a Friday and a monthly cheese club! - Lots of emphasis on volunteering and charity work - everyone is given up to 3 days to volunteer and help in the community - Flexible work hours mean that you can have a good work/life balance. -Great office location in the UK, 5 minute walk from the Silicon Rounadbout
Cons
-The company has some work to do on performance management and how we value hard work and retain talent but this is being worked on by the HR team this year. -Salaries could be a little higher but the culture and friendly atmosphere make up for this
