      Pros

      A good place to start your career. Opportunities for formal training once you have passed probation. Good for juniors to be able to chat with the managing director who is always available and supportive of their ideas. Quite an informal and relaxed work environment

      Cons

      The salary isn't the best, especially considering the workload and amount of responsibility given.

      * Very open and down to earth management * Lots of chances to display creativity and talent * Huge variety of clients and types of work * A kind and caring workforce * Good atmosphere - work hard and play hard * Nice, modern, airy office in good central location

      * A lot of work on, and often not enough people or time to do it all
