Pros
Some team members were kind, hardworking, and genuinely cared about the customer experience.
Cons
The products themselves are solid, but the company culture needs serious improvement. Work-life balance for leaders is not respected, time off is often treated as available work time, and expectations are unclear despite limited training, resources, or support. For the level of responsibility and “on-call” availability expected, the pay is laughable, especially with no benefits. The culture felt overly micromanaged, toxic, and focused on maximizing every dollar instead of building sustainable teams or improving the customer experience. There is always growth due to the constant turnover.
