Pros
Annual profit sharing, secure company structure. (Not going anywhere). Good perks (company car etc, travel to Vegas annually for national conference.
Cons
Workload, pay, turnover, 7 day work weeks, no grass roots strategy. Cannot keep staffed. No pay for lower level associates and too much expectancy.
