      Sometimes you can get quite absorbed into the meaningful work at 7 Cups but that’s because it really is changing lives. Well-being and positive behavioural change are not going to be two easy elements to work towards and that shows, however the work is so rewarding.

      It helps me bring smile to people, most people just need someone to talk to and it relieves most or all their stress and pressure, when those stress and pressure are relived it make them think of a better solution.
