The people were really cool for the most part. More laid back and scrappy and fun vs. other places I've worked at in the Bay which try too hard to be hip.
Lots of traffic & scaling problems, good place to get experience at scale. Enjoyed working with Python & Pylons vs. Django or Rails or Java or something.
Decent perks (great lunches three days a week).
Cons
Weekly releases led to pretty consistent late nights.
My salary was pretty low but I was only there for a few months so I didn't get a review / raise yet.
The social & mobile game industry is not a good, stable, positive industry to be in.
