The health insurance is probably the best benefit for working here

Good luck trying to advance and be taken seriously if you are a hard worker. Management doesnt seem to care too much to give out raises or promotions to better positions unless you have any kind of degree (even if you're currently working on one they don't notice your efforts). Everyone there is underpaid. Empty promises everywhere. No bonuses. Employees are over worked and under paid.
