Not worth it - Anonymous employee 511 Capital Employee Review

Very hard to feel secure coming in as an entry level or mid level employee. Vision of company as a whole changes on the daily. Lots of people let go because they were poorly managed. Management is either micro-managing to the Nth degree or doesn’t talk to you for two weeks. A few instances of aggressive and diminutive language that would not fly at a bigger company. Just a really hard place to work unless you’re amazing at compartmentalizing
