great designers and people in office. big projects with chance to flex design muscles. good benifits (paid healthcare, etc.) cool building and location
Cons
long hours (like most design jobs), clients that dont pay (which mean no bonus). doesnt seem like there is much opportunity for growth. no one seems to get promoted. minimal raises.
