They’ll eventually hire and fire the majority of people in Australia, with turnover seemingly unimaginable yet completely indifferent. They don’t care respect or value the staff – everyone is stressed by unachievable expectations and targets set by the constantly changing senior management. There’s no stability in leadership or direction and no one is trained well enough because no one stays in a role for more than a few days.
