Great management, great contracts. Management cares about the employees.

As a smaller company, sometimes new contracts are not always available.

4M didn't require additional administrative work outside of that required by the main contract holder.

Pretty hands off. Didn't do much at all to support me as I was thrown into my first tech job. Didn't see anyone from 4M once after I was placed with the main contract holder.
