Good company for starters - ERP Technical Consultant 4CAD Group Employee Review

4CAD's field of expertise is highly motivating and the French group is impressive with high skills.

This company specializes in the distribution and deployment of PLM and ERP systems. Despite the high skills of my former colleagues, I did not like the way the top management of 4CAD Canada handled employees and customers. There are two statuses: you are in the inner circle or you're not. Depending on whether you're useful to individual interest of managers. I don't know if all french culture companies located in Canada are like this, but the headquarters based in France doesn't seem to be. I believe the top management is experiencing the Peter principle and lacks the ability to understand the issues. It's a shame because it's a company in a very motivating sector, but the poor communication and lack of inspiration from its local management make the experience ruined. Or maybe, it's just that I'm not compatible with this kind of management. But it seems that I'm not the only one.
