      - Remote working - Collaboration is encouraged outside of the office - assistance with laptops and other devices to enhance work - hours are flexiable

      Cons

      - feels like I am being underpaid along with my co-workers - bad processes followed creating a bit of a bad work environment - hints of micromanagement every once in a while
