Poor Organisation - Anonymous employee 3sun Group Employee Review

Salary on a par if not slightly above average. Location was good for me. Have plenty of orders in the books.

Company is configured to be bureaucratic. Though order books look healthy they appear to struggle to complete orders and meet deadlines. Projects are not managed properly which leads to issues with quality and cost over runs. Appears to poorly forecast budgets and this causes issues within the rest of the company.

I can't say was any negative sides working for 6 months contract with them
