Pros
Staff in contact with clients can learn a lot about using 3D Printing to provide solutions to various industries
Cons
1. Salary is credited after half of next month (putting down papers becomes difficult)
2. Once relieved the balance salary and any dues are settled only after 45 days (so you won't be seeing your money very soon)
3. The full and final (above) is never done in 45 days. Its starts after 45 days and basically I am still waiting for it.
4. We were made to work up to 11 pm (or later) citing incompetence. But as a fresher, there was no orientation or dedicated training to gain competence. A lot of rules changed every few months, a lot of colleagues changed too fast.
5. New people brought in were again freshers, not provided any training, planted directly in the field, loaded with "Daily Tasks", criticized in front of whole team and behind doors and made to work extremely late (male and female alike)
6. Management doesn't ever take responsibility for its own delay, like salary, dues, reimbursements, critical product-related information, etc. (I got my joining letter 10 months after my actual joining)
7. There is no dedicated travel booking assistance from the company. Even if you are out of the city for office work, you are on your own.
8. Incentives from sales promised to employees was disowned by the company in consecutive months.
