4yWe would like to start with thanking you for the feedback. We are glad we could ensure a great working environment and employee experience for you. Organisation equally pays a lot of focus on driving a culture of supportive managers who are more like enablers. We have avenues for discussing career progression plan with managers and clearly defined criteria for promotions. Along with that we have a neutral committee comprising of location and global leaders to finalise promotions. Glad to share that our promotion philosophy does not restrict any team member from promotion owing to restricting on number of promotions, in fact our talent team along with managers are working on creating a model of organic promotions so that our organisation can ensure career progression of all team members in a self spinning mechanism. Withal we believe in continuous improvement hence all our team members, including management are open for feedback and suggestions which can bring improvement.
