      Pros

      -As a relatively new company 3D-P may have opportunities to move up quicker in some periods than in others -New employees are very friendly -Manufacturing staff is very friendly

      Cons

      -Few in organization know the corporate mission, goals, and objectives -Very haphazardly put together -Promotes gender roles - women in marketing, HR, etc. -Management is different depending on your boss -Very high turnover in certain departments -Can have unrealistic expectations -They will make you work extra long hours if you are on salary -Work appears to be rushed -A lot of pressure to work overtime and to reach unrealistic goals

      Pros

      The people are great. The leadership team works really hard to make sure the company is moving in a positive direction even with market down turns.

      Cons

      Travel is a bit hard sometimes, but that is mostly because customers are all over the world and it takes forever to get to some of them.
