Pros

I do not have any to share.

Cons

There was a strong sense of disorganization of all forms. Creativity feels lost. The environment feels like the color grey would. Other offers were much brighter after being here.

Pros

The crew at 3D for the most part are stellar to work along side with. Diverse clients make for interesting work.

Cons

Risky to get too comfortable since the organization is sales based with one seasoned sales person leading the entire profit, which is too much on one person. There will be no warning when sales are down and then lay offs are made. Nature of the business but when fostering "family" like vibes, there still is no transparency. HR company, Peoplr, is very out of touch and often condescending. No one has anything good to say about them day to day. There is no proper review process that is followed to give feedback or to feel comfortable with expressing concerns or issues. Warning - the companies leadership does not believe in burn out, doesn't love WFH and PTO.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We agree that the 3D team is wonderful and our clients engage the interests of our professionals in the dynamic world of digital media. We always want to hear from our employees and learn from their experiences working with us. We are not clear about your reference to "one seasoned salesperson" since we have had a number of dedicated sellers for the agency and also benefit from our entire print sales team selling digital marketing. We acknowledge that our small layoff in February was hard for our team and hate that you didn’t find us to be transparent with the business challenges despite our monthly all company meetings, weekly all team meetings, and expectation that managers hold regular 1:1’s and conduct performance reviews. We will definitely explore this and make sure we do better. We will also have our leadership team review our PTO procedures, HR team approaches, and Work from Home practices since all are very important to us and it sounds like we could improve our communications in those areas. Again, thank you so much for sharing your experiences to help us continuously improve!
