Pros
- Working environment is really good. The people are nice and easy to get along with. Some are very shy artists. You get to interact directly with the Singapore team everyday which helps clarify a lot when you are confused with your project.
- When management sees your effort, they give salary increment, even let's you visit their Singapore HQ. But, this usually applies to the employees that have been working for the company for a long time now.
- Work from home setup, for your safety during the pandemic.
- Paid overtime, as long as it is approved.
- Salary increment once you are now a regular employee.
- If you like e-learning designs, you will enjoy working on their projects.
Cons
Cons as a managerial level in this company:
- Sometimes employees work outside of their job description, but only minor tasks.
- Sometimes we are given projects that will be developed simultaneously, and with little window time. So, there will be times projects will be shared because it is rushed.
- Reporting to more than 1 superior. I have worked for 2 bosses which made managing the teams (we have 3 or more teams), projects, and admin tasks very difficult for me. The meetings that I attend to were sometimes overlapping. But if you are on the entry level, you will not have a problem with this.
- No team building or company activities that will strengthen your bond with your coworkers.
