The Culture is Unmatched! - Property Manager 33 Realty Employee Review

Many companies preach that everyone that works for them is family but very few actually follow through and make you feel like family with their actions. At 33, not only do they preach that we are a family, but I believe it through their actions as well. Whenever I walk in the door I am greeted by so many friendly, smiling faces.

There really isn't anything bad. The only thing is if you are allergic to dogs, it is a dog friendly office

One of the biggest advantages of working here is the hybrid work model, with two days of remote work and three days in the office. This setup allows for flexibility and promotes a healthy work-life balance, which the company genuinely prioritizes. Additionally, the staff is exceptional—everyone is very supportive and helpful, creating a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

Since the company was recently acquired, there has been a noticeable shift in the culture towards a more data-driven approach. This change has impacted the original work environment and sometimes feels at odds with the previously established values. Furthermore, there seems to be a huge gap in communication between senior leadership and the other staff members, which can occasionally leave employees feeling out of the loop regarding important decisions and updates.
