fun work environment, great discounts, loads of opportunities to learn/grow, decent benefits, good starting job for getting your feet wet, you'll learn a lot and meet a lot of great people and connections
Cons
Pay feels low for the work workload. Work-life balance is tough when you are open 7 days a week, have a large amount of inbound phone calls, hard to get promoted within the company. Very much a fitter-first company. Very slow to adapt and make changes with corporate and upper management
