Pros
I've worked at 2e for a few years and have consistently been impressed with my coworkers. 2e has a knack for finding talent in specific areas, but they also excel at understanding employees' skill sets and putting them in positions where they can succeed. The leaders of the company truly want their employees to be happy and will spend time and resources to support them. Employees are encouraged to learn about different aspects of the business by working across teams, and they're given the opportunity to personally develop and expand their roles. 2e is also a fulfilling company to work for because of what we create and the clients we partner with. There is always a new technology to research or a new committee to join, and the company has had continued success over the past several years. Simply put, people are excited to work at 2e and it shows.
Cons
The leadership team is still learning how to manage different positions and how they implement new protocols and processes. Their intentions are always good, but they sometimes work in silos and don't understand how their decisions will affect the average employee.
