2n company - IT Support Specialist 2N Telecommunications Employee Review

- Flexible working hours - Frequent travels - Freedom of tasks - Good management in general - This company doesn't have the tools to monitor employee performance well, whether they are in Prague or abroad. - Great work/life balance

- Pay is on the low side for Prague standards - Very small opportunities for growth - Yearly bonuses are a rare thing, After a few years of good growth 2N is stagnating. Axis rarely manages their sales figures too. The max bonus is tempting but very rare to achieve in full, And overall not worth the rather low pay. - Seems overconfident company. - Below average benefits, You pay for your coffees there. - Reluctant on home office (for good reasons, stated in Pros) - Very heavy hiring process, - Company focuses on product features rather than on the ease of usage. I have the feeling that 2N tends to overcomplicate things. - Awful time to market

My favorite part of the job was collaborating with other designers and contributing to the 2N product's UX. The SW and HW are both developed in-house, which is also great.

The design team's project management and HR policies have massive room for improvement.
