Pros
A job's a job. Everyone needs to eat.
Cons
This review is being posted because the company continually promotes its special status as an agency that is "reinventing healthcare advertising." Let us know when there's an ad agency that isn't reinventing healthcare advertising. That would be special. 21Grams is just another pharma sweatshop with different branding. It's part of a holding company which is part of a holding company. You'll work on vis aids and sell sheets, websites and some web video. Occasionally someone will sell a client on an unusual idea. You'll kill yourself producing it and then med/legal will gut it. You'll feel exhausted and ashamed and wonder why you worked all those weekends and late nights for a headline and a bunch of ISI. Just like at every other shop in town. The one area in which 21Grams really excels is staff turnover. They have a real knack for firing people and making people quit. They should do a TedTalk on the subject.
