If you are looking for a place to advance your career as an SEO, I would look elsewhere. The company advertises itself as a "digital marketing agency" to job seekers but it is really a LAWYER marking agency. This makes a HUGE difference in terms of SEO strategy. You'll find most of your time being dedicated to spammy link building, creating low-quality images, and outlining content that has been done 1000 times - things that would be unimaginable in other industries.
In terms of career opportunities, there is no clear growth tract/outlines. Managers do not take the time to explain how to advance to a higher position nor take the time to understand what your career goals are. This was my experience with my particular department. I do want to mention that many people in other departments have been at the company for a long time, so it may be different for others.

Parents were still expected to work the full 8 hours (complete disregard of all the stress/anxiety of a new pandemic and school closures). Mid through the pandemic we were told to come in for an in-person training session, something that could have very well been done via zoom. In-person events were held as well. Yes, we had the option of skipping but even encouraging in-person activities like that is irresponsible.
