Pros
The people are what make 1901 Group a great place to work. They've done a fantastic job of gathering some of the most talented and friendly individuals available in the area. The benefits are fairly standard, and the transition to a mostly remote workforce has been smoother than seen elsewhere. Lateral movement within the company is also fantastic, making 1901 Group the perfect choice for those looking to launch their careers.
Cons
The transition due to the Leidos acquisition has been a bumpy one. Compensation in particular is currently playing catch-up due to the above as well as rapid changes in the industry. There's also a bit of a culture clash stemming from the size differences of the two companies, but that should lessen over time.
