I thoroughly enjoyed the creative freedom I was granted while working on a freelance project with the company. The communication between the lead designers was exceptionally seamless, and their valuable feedback and constructive critiques were very helpful.

Not much to say besides the General Manager being very nice and helpful along with the rest of the design team.

Coworkers are nice. Will again alot of experience.

Barely minimum pay. Very under paid. Almost nonexistent benefit . CEO is short tempered and favors asians. Extremely rude and narcissistic. He has his 4 young children in upper management. They are incompetent with no experience. If you disagree with them, they will cry to their dad the CEO. You will be expected to baby them yet follow their lead at the same time. Also fix all their mistakes. You will be overworked, and promised raises but keeps moving the goal and will never get it. The only reason I stayed over 6 months in this place was because I was promised raises over and over until I realized it's all lies. In my years here I have seen over 4 people be fired over reasons such as not smiling enough, standing up to the ceo, and other nonsense. I have seen many other quit within the first year. YOU WILL BE GASLIGHTED, ABUSED, AND TRAUMATIZED.
