Pros
Like any start-up, 1776 asks a lot of it's employees...multiple #1 priorities, doing more with less, shifting timeframes, donning many hats, etc... To their credit, the 1776 team has risen to the challenge and created a vibrant, relevant and successful company. To management's credit, the team is treated with the utmost respect and is given the autonomy to make the critical decisions necessary to achieve their objectives. In addition I have been impressed with the grace, appreciation, good will and support that management has shown to team members who make the decision to pursue other interests when their time with the company comes to a close. This culture of loyalty to current and former employees fosters a sense of security and inspires commitment to the company's long term success. I am honored to play a small role in that pursuit.
