Decent benefits. Idea behind company is interesting.

Unfortunately, the workplace culture at 1,4 Group was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Gossip was widespread, including managers and HR discussing employees with other employees, which created a toxic and untrustworthy environment. Management repeatedly crossed professional boundaries—on multiple occasions—which made the workplace uncomfortable and inappropriate. There was little to no formal training or onboarding, yet expectations were high and poorly communicated. You’re essentially expected to “figure it out” without support and then blamed when things go wrong. Upper management appeared disconnected from day-to-day operations and unwilling to address serious cultural and leadership issues. Concerns were not handled professionally or confidentially, making it feel unsafe to raise problems at all.
