Flexible hours, work from anywhere.

Cons

Remote employees are treated like second class citizens. You will see your colleagues working from the office climb up the ladder while you receive no rewards, appreciation for your work, career opportunities or new challenges. If anything, the work conditions of remote employees become worse as colleagues move to other positions and their workload is put on you.

Cons

A fast-paced environment that requires quick adaptation to change, which may not be suitable for everyone.
