Pros

-Nice people working in frontlines and middle management -Good benefits -Company financials are very strong -Projected growth long term

Cons

MAJOR ISSUES The COO of PPS & PCS is extremely unqualified, doesn't communicate, has zero presence, blocks employees from advancing internally, is impossible to approach and is truly an poor leader. This is widely known throughout the company and impacts all departments and teams and the CEO has zero response to this. Executive Leadership treats Operations and front line staff very poorly. They have no involvement with frontline staff, take zero accountability and make rash decisions around staffing, which leads to extremely high turnover and client dissatisfaction. Unfortunately because the company is not publicly traded, there is no incentive for Executive Leadership to make any changes and it's just status quo. The company culture is rotten to the core!

Pros

None except you may have flexibility in work timings if your lead it good

Cons

Where do I begin? 1. Forcing people to come to the office even though they could see work was going on at home 2. Poor leadership and no guidance or training for the team. 3. Pay is so less compared to the market 4. Benefits don't kick in until probation is over 5. No remote working budget 6. No idea on the bonus structure its like a HUGE secret 7. No growth for the people on the lower levels how ever people with 0 knowledge as VPS and AVPS 8. No one has any time on their calendars to help and guide you 9. People come and leave in 3 months , alarming 10. Diversity is a word they only know how to use but what it means, they have no CLUE

Pros

strong exposure to Canadian payments and you will learn quickly if you are self-driven.

Cons

- accountability not consistent. 5+ yr employees don’t seem to be held to the same performance standards as others - feedback culture needs serious work, many times you may hear concerns from peers before your manager addresses them directly. Why is my performance being discussed with my peers? - mid-to-senior leaders need to be more hands-on in building a healthy team culture - HR has grown, but processes seem to have gotten worse. little visible change in employee experience
