Pros

The product has potential if a competent management team can be put in place to run the business.

Cons

This all male, all Brazilian management team is totally incompetent and from the looks of things on Glassdoor, spend a lot of their time writing notes to themselves in here. Honestly, it's like clockwork. Every time a real review is written here, another fake one goes up, written by executive management. The Company went from 10 to nearly 40 and back to 10 employees in less than a year because the all-Brazilian management team is clueless as to how to build and scale a business. They've tried hiring competent management but they don't last if they aren't Brazilian, Portuguese speaking men. The arrogance displayed by the Company's CEO on a daily basis, in the face of consistent failures to deliver is nothing short of astounding. Leadership is convinced that they are far, far superior to their (few) American employees counterparts. Don't walk. Run from any job offer from this place.

Pros

The company offers free undercover parking, ping pong and snacks. Location is quite nice located in the small town square of Chandler.

Cons

Emailage is founded and lead by a group of inept, sketchy and crooked Brazilians. They tend to speak Portuguese in front of employees as way to hide behind their deceitful manner. Leadership in sales and marketing is at an all time low and sadly will not make 2016 sales goals due to his inability to build a strong cohesive team. Most employees are looking for other jobs and will depart once there's another opportunity in place. The company's sales are stagnant with little to no, new customer growth in 2016.

Pros

Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Downtown Chandler is charming. If you live in the south valley the location is great. They've had some great people working there. The product has great potential. The industry is hot.

Cons

I previously wrote a post but feel compelled to update it. Just in 2015 the company has lost the CFO, 2 VP of Sales, 2 Marketing Directors, Director of HR, Campaign Manager, IT Project Manager, product development staff, and more sales people than they have hired. Why? Their hot headed and irrational CEO. This company is going down in flames quickly. Don't be fooled by the "planted" reviews. This company doesn't even have 20 employees to write that many reviews. Glassdoor, please investigate and keep your site legit. Avoid this company like the plague. Unless you are a Portuguese speaking male, in which case this might be your best move ever.

Thank you for your feedback. While we understand the fast paced nature of startups can be a frustrating experience for some, it is the nature of a growing SaaS organization. Unfortunately that means that we have to move quickly and make sure we have the right fit in the right roles.
