      - Smart co-workers mean you learn a lot - Challenging, evolving and fascinating problem space - Are empowered and well funded to use best tools for the job - Impressive senior leadership, prepared to make difficult decisions and articulate a clear strategy - You are highly empowered as an individual, there is no bureaucracy - Flat org structure means you interact with everyone up to senior leadership. - Reasonable pay

      Cons

      - You need to be comfortable with frequent organisational change and layoffs, but in general senior leadership have been transparent and reasonable with the changes they have made. - Crypto is not for everyone

      - Some genuinely nice people work here - Fascinating industry

      Cons

      - Senior Management favour select employees - Their claims to invest in culture are simply a way of glorifying these employees - Senior management will claim to back you then secretly look to get rid of you - I have seen in some of the previous ratings the CEO claiming 30% of the company was put on furlough. This is untrue, most of the US team and a number of the UK team were let go or told by the CEO brutally to find other jobs when put on the furlough scheme. - Their main competitor have a far superior offering
