      Program in shambles

      Pros

      Plenty of PTO available at times.

      Cons

      The program is designed for failure. The kids don't have incentives to do well and lack of consequences. Higher management are disconnected from the reality of the program and could work 1-2 shifts to witness how well this is working.

      Rewarding, some free time, great mental health field experience

      Cons

      Draining, high conflict, physically demanding. Oftentimes the students will become violent and staff must step in. Many people get injured.

      Pros

      Each day is different, you never know what you might walk into, not a boring job, the kids are fun and usually upbeat open and positive. Great coworkers, LGBTQ+ friendly Nonjudgmental environment.

      Cons

      Poor communication between staff and upper management, pay could always be better for being a super hero, No 401k company match
