      Great Work Produced by a Senior Level Team with a Work Life Balance

      Pros

      It is great to work with a senior level team and to be measured by the work you produce and not how late you stay in the office. A work life balance is promoted here with optional work from home days. Elevated is a small agency and believes in transparency to the clients and does honest work and puts the client first.

      Cons

      Not being in the office 5 days a week is not for everybody. You need to work hard without being micro-managed.

      Pros

      Great pay for what the job entails. Quick training and tasks are pretty simple to pick-up.

      Cons

      Management can be disorganized at times. Early on, management/owners were very visible through the various facets of operations, but presence is now relatively nonexistent.

      Pros

      The team at Elevated is really talented and awesome to work with. The diverse departments collaborate openly and honestly with each other to produce amazing work and result. Win-win for the team and clients. The culture includes team lunches, fun happy hours and an over all family vibe where you can bring your dog to work. Cool place to work.

      Cons

      No complaints, the company is growing and thriving. Good place to work and continually learn new things and expand your skills.
