Pros
The job is really easy. Just sit at a desk for multiple hours, take calls and read the survey script verbatim.
Cons
The repetition, monotony, surveillance culture (our manager would remind us they he's listening to our calls for quality assurance), and inability to go off script when you feel you can actually connect better with the people on the other side of the line will slowly drive you mad.
