Conceptual thinking and philosophy behind the design of the platform is unique. An alignment on vision and strategic objectives happens quickly enough with customers.

Cons

Growing pains were a concern not too long ago. Recent steps establishing a new way of working have aligned customer facing teams into a tightly knit unit. This is a refreshing change and early trends show a much smoother experience for customers and employees. Must make sure to sustain it.

Top class training and support. You will not be micro managed. You will take full ownership and responsibility for your target. Top class Account Executives to learn from. Best company culture I've experienced.

Cons

This job is fully remote, and I suppose for anyone that enjoys working in an office, this may not be the job for you.
