      Great local team, but management lacks focus on culture

      Pros

      Local team and colleagues are great, knowledgable and skilled people.

      Cons

      Maybe it´s just a trend in the industry, but little to no focus is given to making Eficode a good and attractive employer for the greater workforce. Upper management time seems to be spent on new restructurings every 6-12 months, introducing new internal tools/procedures while not removing old ones, half hearted attempts to upskill personal that lack allotted time and budgets.

      - Extremely talented and experienced professionals across disciplines - Strong individual drive to learn, improve, and move forward - Colleagues are supportive and readily help each other across teams - Very good work–life balance - Opportunity to have tangible impact within customer organisations and see the results of your work in practice

      Cons

      (Many of these are currently being worked on) - Rapid growth through acquisitions has made integration challenging, and a unified way of working is still emerging - Alignment between units and across countries is inconsistent, leading to internal competition and miscommunications. - Recent difficult periods have put pressure on company culture, which has affected the general mood and behaviours
