      - Flexible work arrangements: Even if you live far from Alabang, you’re good to go with their WFH setup. - Option for in-person interaction: There’s a weekly face-to-face meetup (not compulsory) for those who prefer collaboration in person. - Amazing team dynamic: Everyone shares the same goal and is always ready to help solve problems together. - Streamlined workflows: The PR workflows, sprint management, and regular evaluations help keep things organized and efficient. - Good Interview process: It’s a learning experience and never intimidating, which sets a positive tone from the start.

      Cons

      - Some communication delays: Since WFH is the default, it can take some time for members to respond to or address concerns. - Urgent issues off-hours: During weekends or after usual work hours, some members are obligated to address immediate concerns, which can be challenging.
