      Pros

      -Lot of responsibility given to ppl with few years of experience -Committed to Youth-First values -Committed to working with government and sustainability

      Cons

      -Staff are very overworked and paid below market value (candidates who are qualified and experienced turn down offers when they see pay scale) -Staff are regularly burnt out and overwhelmed -Hiring is based on commitement to organisation values and willingness to overwork -Expectation to be as motivated as co-founders about the mission is unrealistic -Not very recognisable org/brand for future jobs

      - hires talented, motivated and fun people - strong vision - innovative work place

      Cons

      - low pay - leadership can sometimes come across as narrow-minded - E! boasts a non-hierarchical leadership structure; however, I found this to not be the case

      Pros

      Work was fulfilling and the mission really resonates. They give you the opportunity to travel to countries they run programs in at least once if your position is in the US (and not on the ground running programs).

      Cons

      The US team lacked diversity, they were pretty much all white females from a nonprofit background so that creates a very narrow perspective of the collective team. Became a bit cringy.
