-can be hectic at times -sometimes pay isn't super competitive (lots of offshore positions)

I worked with the Finance team at mohali office, and the environment was full of politics. We were often discouraged from interacting with other departments, which created an unhealthy work culture. The India Finance head was especially political and disrespectful, often favoring a select group of people while ignoring the efforts of others. Promotions were limited to a few close individuals, regardless of how well others performed. Even when we did most of the work, he would take all the credit while presenting it to the overseas leadership. There was never an opportunity for us to showcase our contributions or even be acknowledged. It was demotivating to see consistent hard work go unnoticed while someone else took the spotlight.

Edifecs sold it's soul to Cotiviti. Cotiviti pays its employees WAY less than Edifecs did so many talented people saw the writing on the wall and left or were laid off. Edifecs senior leaders and board pretended to care about people until they saw $$$$$$. Run away. This org only cares about profit. Not people.

-Lack of growth opportunities once you hit a certain point in the company (3 years). -Poor Management/Leadership and team dynamics are setup in a very inefficient way.
