      Paid wweekly, but poor management and low compensation

      You are paid weekly every Friday

      Cons

      The company has poor communication and no training. While paying the sales reps 20 percent of the sale the marketers get only 25 dollars for a lead that sells. No money for setting appointments. Therefore their is no incentive to even set an appointment.

      Pros

      Good product but you can’t go into this expecting to pay your bills. You might get 1 appointment a day unless you want to drive all over for an appointment that may not be legit. Extra side money is the best bet. Manager is nice enough but the training and your actual payouts are terrible.

      Cons

      The training is terrible. Like the worst I’ve ever had. If you don’t have previous in home sales experience you won’t make it and making it means two grand a month while driving all over the place. Turnover is high because anyone with sales experience knows they can make more money elsewhere and most people without can’t sell it with the tools given.
