3. CEO cares about "loyalty" when he clearly doesn't deserve it
4. Looking down on certain jobs and treat the employees differently in many ways.
5. Check how many seniors left/forced to leave in one year, it could be a sinking ship.
6. Strict timetable for work and lunch.
7. No privacy, lots of intrusion, lots of guesses.
