      Pros

      The jobs that are available at this company are very cushioned and very easy. If you can show up on time, and make all of your calls then you are good to go. This company has paid luncheons once a month. They offer decent medical insurance that is covered by the company. Great co-workers.

      Cons

      This position is not for someone that wants to advance within the organization, because it will not happen. I have tried to speak with other departments about transferring or even wearing a hat to cross train, however I was not successful with it. I was told time and time again that a position will be created for me, however it did not happen. I am not the only employee that has stated they will be promised a future position and management did not deliver. There is no manager within certain departments. The managers that are "hired" were actually there to make sure that your hours were tracked and that you got paid. There are no monthly or weekly evaluations, so be prepared that you will not grow on a professional level. I reached out for a weekly evaluation and was denied. Be careful with who you speak to, because team members will throw you under the bus. Be prepared for not being added as a valued player, because there is no team. "Leadership" will micro manager you, and you have to report each time you take your lunch and breaks. They do not provide any yearly bonuses. PTO is a joke. The compensation is a joke. Very stressful work environment with little compensation.

      EasyPay continues to grow and we are proud that several of our employees have advanced into management positions as well as promotions along the way. While we want our employees to have these opportunities for growth, it is not uncommon for promotions to take longer than one year from hire date.

      Talented Team, but Leadership and Management Issues Impacting the Department

      Disappointing Experience Lacking Positives One of the most alarming concerns was the high turnover rate. Over the course of my tenure, more than ten colleagues left the department due to leadership and management issues. This level of attrition had a significant impact on morale and raised questions about the department's ability to retain top talent.

      Cons

      I couldn't help but notice a concerning pattern of micromanagement within the department. As a Product Solutions Manager, I value autonomy and trust. This level of oversight limited my ability to think creatively and make the best decisions for my projects. The constant monitoring created a toxic atmosphere that was not conducive to personal and professional growth.

      Lunch ins, team was awesome to work with, Kevin was awesome, good equipment

      Bad Management, micro management, not approachable management, pay could be better, attendence Policy makes people less motivated to work harder.
